The NHL used this patch to usher in the new millenium.
The patch came in 8 different colours to match the team colours:
BLACK, BURGUNDY, CAPITALS BLUE, EGGPLANT, GREEN, NAVY BLUE,
RED, ROYAL BLUE.

< BURGUNDY > - Thrashers (a), Avalanche.

< NAVY BLUE > - Thrashers (h), Oilers, Panthers (t), Predators,
